»Act in such a way that you treat humanity, whether in your own person or in the person of any other, never merely as a means to an end, but always at the same time as an end.«
Immanuel Kant: AA IV, 429
Success Is Reached by People.
We firmly believe that it is people who achieve economic success. Structures alone cannot do this. It is ideas, management skills and personality that matter.
He Who Wants to Lead, Must Be Good.
Because we believe in the capacity of humans to develop, we demand this as well. He who wants to be a leader, must be good. And if he is not (yet) good, he must be aware of his tuitional needs, be motivated to develop and ready to be coached.
In assessment, training, coaching, and psychological consultation we thus communicate clearly, we analyse precisely and realistically, we assist and support processes to foster self-management and accountability. In all our activities the human being is never merely a means, but also an end.
